Spicy almonds – a snack with wine
Ingredients:
150 g peeled almonds (blanched)1 egg whiteHalf a teaspoon of hot pepper¼ teaspoon of salt2 tablespoons of grated parmesanPreparation:
Beat the egg white with spices, then mix with parmesan and almonds.Place the almonds on a baking tray covered with baking paper and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees (fan-forced) for 10 minutes.Serve as an accompaniment to selected wine.
