Baked Camembert
Ingredients:
- 1 disk of Camembert cheese- 1 clove of garlic- 30 g of pecans or walnuts- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey- baguette for toast Preparation:
- preheat the oven to 200 degrees - chop the garlic and nuts - put the cheese in a baking dish and cut it on top- sprinkle the cheese with garlic and honey, and sprinkle chopped nuts on top- bake for approx. 15 minutes Serve the cheese hot with croutons and a glass of wine.
