Non-alcoholic Maracuya Mocktail - perfect for a New Year's party

Ingredients:

passion fruit pulp – from half of the fruit – keep the other half for decoration

vanilla syrup – 1 tbsp

sugar syrup – 1 teaspoon

0% sparkling wine, we use Tautila Espumoso – to fill the glass (about 1/2 of the glass)

a few ice cubes

Preparation:

Pour ice cubes into the shaker, pour in the passion fruit puree, add a spoonful of vanilla syrup and sugar syrup and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a glass (through a strainer to prevent any fruit seeds from getting into the glass)

Top up with sparkling wine and finally decorate with half a passion fruit.
